1 Digital Services Policy
Since ATS Resume Pro provides instant access to digital goods (downloadable resume templates, AI generation), all sales are generally final once a service has been used or a file has been downloaded.
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned." Therefore, we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" after you have successfully downloaded your resume or used the AI credits.
2 Refund Eligibility
We DO offer refunds in the following specific cases:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan.
- Technical Failure: If the premium feature you paid for did not work, and our support team failed to fix it within 48 hours.
- Unused Subscription: If you purchased a subscription but did not use any features (0 downloads, 0 AI usage) and requested a refund within 24 hours.
3 Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard > Settings.
- Your premium access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged for the next cycle.
- Previous payments are non-refundable upon cancellation.
4 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team with your Transaction ID and the reason for the request.
